

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dandy Party, we work closely with venues, performers, production teams, and partners to curate memorable experiences. As a result, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Ticket Sales
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
If Dandy Party cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered one of the following:

A full refund

Credit toward a future event

Transfer of the ticket to a rescheduled date
The applicable option will be communicated to attendees through official channels.
Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled event may contact us for assistance. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances of the event.
No Shows
Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.
Force Majeure
Dandy Party shall not be held liable for cancellations, postponements, delays, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government regulations, venue restrictions, strikes, technical disruptions, or acts of God.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take between 7–15 business days to be processed depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
